Organising Sub Committees: In keeping with the guidelines given by the ICCFM, and to facilitate better and efficient organization it was necessary to have sub committees and to allocate the functions to them. The bifurcation of the functions and the allocation was as follows:

• National Vice President Couple – Prema & Desmond Rebello
• National Chaplain – Fr. G. Arul Raj
• National Treasurer Couple – Tomas & Catarina Monteiro
• Regional Chaplain Goa – Fr. Kennet Teles
• Regional President Couple Goa – Remy & Ninfa D’Silva
• Regional President Couple Mumbai - Oswald & Catherine Pereira
