Important notice:

  • The presentations must be sent at least by the 1st August, 2010 to have the translations ready.
  • The event will have simultaneous translation for the participants.
  • The Panels for the Presentation should include at least one youth to include the views of the youth.
  • Projectors and computer facility will be available for the presentations.

Registration Fees And Charges

  • Per adult: $ 325/ Euro 250
  • Child sharing the room: $ 275 / Euro 225
  • Registration Fees include – Accommodation from 10th Sept. noon to 14th Sept. noon
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Transport on arrival on 9th /10th and departure on 14th Sept.
  • Transport to and fro the venue during conference.
  • Conference kit and memento.
